Sasha Gordon, 24, is a New York based Asian American artist, who graduated from The Rhode Island School of Design in 2020.

Gordon paints surreal self-portraits and her work explores self-image, racial issues, mental illness, the male gaze, and the female body. Working towards her first solo exhibition at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami, later this year, she has been featured in Vogue and attended the Met Gala in May 2023. Gordon has exhibited at Jeffrey Deitch in New York and Matthew Brown in Los Angeles, and her figurative artwork was shown at London’s Stephen Friedman Gallery in a solo exhibition in May.
